Delivery Orders are sent within 5 working days of receipt of payment. Delivery times are dependent on destination and are as follows: UK 2-4 days Europe 3-6 days Rest of the World 6-9 days NB: Delivery prices fluctuate, the prices quoted represent a maximum delivery cost. In the event that delivery undercuts these prices then the difference will be deducted from the order.

Returns and Refunds Returns for credit require prior authorisation and must be returned in resaleable condition within 14 days of date of invoice. No cheque refunds can be made under £50.00 due to the high cost of administration, but credits can remain on your account and can be used against future purchases.

VAT For all CD and Video orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. If you have VAT exempt status then you should provide your VAT exemption number in the provided space. Books are zero-rated for VAT.
